Using the images

What you may and may not do with downloaded images is described on the License & usage page, which is part of these terms.

AI-generated content

• All images are generated with AI and checked before publishing, but they can still contain mistakes.
• Images are provided “as is”, without any warranty. Check that an image fits your purpose before you use it, especially in print or advertising.
• Some images may show objects or symbols that are protected in some places (for example logos or trademarks). It is your responsibility to make sure your use is lawful.

Accounts

• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give a real email address; some features need a confirmed email.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the site, for example with automated mass downloading or spam requests.

Uploads and requests

• Only upload photos you own or have the right to use, and never photos of other people without their consent.
• Uploads and requests are reviewed. We may refuse or remove anything that is unlawful, hateful, sexual or otherwise inappropriate.
• By uploading, you allow us to process the photo and, if it is approved, publish the result under our license.

Reporting content

If you believe an image infringes your rights or is inappropriate, use the “Report this image” link on its page or the contact page. We review every report and remove images when needed.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, AI PNG Studio is not liable for any damage that results from using the site or its images.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
