This page explains what AI PNG Studio stores about you and why. We collect as little as we can and we never sell your data.

Browsing and downloading

• You can browse, search and download without an account.
• To count views and downloads and to stop abuse, we store a salted one-way hash of your IP address, never the IP address itself.
• Search terms are logged without any personal details, so that we can add images people are looking for.
• There are no advertising or third-party analytics trackers on this site.

If you create an account

• We store your email address, an optional display name and your password as a secure hash (we never see the password itself).
• We keep your favorites, boards, saved searches, download history, PNG requests and the photos you upload.
• We send emails only to confirm your address and to reset your password. No newsletters.

Cookies

We use one cookie, pngs_session, which keeps you logged in (for up to 30 days). It is needed for the site to work, so there is no cookie banner.

Uploaded photos

Photos you upload are stored on our server, processed to remove the background and reviewed before anything is published. Do not upload photos of other people or anything you don't have the right to share.

Where the data is kept

The site and its database run on our own server. Database backups are kept on that server for up to 14 days.

Your choices

• You can remove favorites, boards and saved searches yourself at any time.
• To delete your account and its data, or to get a copy of it, use the contact page.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes too.
